In this intro immersion, we will explore how to activate & relate with singing bowls as instruments of healing & transformation.  Participants will get hands-on experience playing bowls for rejuvenation, natural attunement, & meditation.  Bowls available for practice & purchase.  A sound bath of healing soundscapes will follow.

Meditate in a sound field of Himalayan & crystal singing bowls, gongs, bells, gentle percussion, & toning. Experience how vibration can create a natural still point ~ inviting awareness to settle into peace and silence.  Relax & receive as sound guides us to release old patterns & rejuvenate!
